If you look at line 48 of the homepage source for
http://www.flossmanuals.net/ you'll see Español is there, but commented
out until the es.flossmanuals.net site is ready. Also we are prepared
for ru.flossmanuals.net on line 54.

Sure, I'm just wondering if each language site requires its own instance
of Booktype, or whether one instance of Booktype can serve multiple
sites at different subdomains (like Drupal multisite).
