[FM Discuss] donate button

We are just about to start our first push to raise funds from donations. 
At the moment we have a donation button on the front page of the 
English, French and Finnish FLOSS Manuals.

So, the front page of Fm english gets a small % of out total direct 
entries since most of our total visits come from referrals from other 
sites and searches (which link direct to the content). Hence the profile 
of the donate button would be much better if we also put the (rather 
quiet) donate button on each manual page (english fm) for the duration 
of this push (perhaps 6 weeks).

How does everyone feel about that? If you wish to see what the button
