[FM Discuss] White pages when editing a chapter on booki.flossmanuals.net

Anne,

This is a problem I've experienced many times myself.  Until it is
fixed I can give you some advice:

1).  When it happens press the Cancel button to leave the editor.  DO
NOT use your browser's Back button.  If you do you'll lock the chapter
and won't be able to go back in (this clears up after a few minutes,
but its best to avoid the situation).

2).  Refresh the page that lists all the chapters, then go into the
chapter again.  It may or may not help, but it won't hurt anything.
DO NOT refresh the editor page.
