I think you must have selected 'airtime' from the drop-down menu, rather
than 'airtime-en-2-0' which is the new book.

This server is working fine; following your method I can see the latest
2.0 manual here:

http://objavi.booki.cc/books/airtimeen20-en-2012.01.12-17.27.37/

So it seems the problem is specific to the flossmanuals.net server.
