[FM Discuss] White pages when editing a chapter on booki.flossmanuals.net

Now we have something like this on the fi.flossmanuals.net Booki - the
chapters are not listed at all in the editing window? But you can still see
the chapter contents in the history page, so it doesn't seem like the
database has crashed?

And it worked properly last night, this problem has just appeared from
nowhere during the day? I am not using anything like Adblock, and the
hosting provider said there has been no trouble or upgrades recently?
