[FM Discuss] Google picking up old pages

Hi all,

Since the page title fix was made, Flossmanuals pages seem to be getting
onto the first page of Google for certain searches, such as:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime/ch013_manual-installation/

Trouble is, that's an old page from an earlier export (with a chapter
number prefix). The current page is at:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime/manual-installation/

Is there any way we can purge these older pages at export time? The main
problem with old pages (apart from out of date content) is that the
navigation points to other old pages. So it's possible to read the
complete book and every page be out of date, and the reader not even
realise.
