[FM Discuss] inkscape manual problem

This seems to be a different navigation bug from the one I reported last
week. On the Inkscape manual you have navigation URLs broken down by
section, e.g:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/inkscape/introduction/index/

but the actual About chapter is at the 'traditional' location of:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/inkscape/index/

I'm not sure why Inkscape URLs are in a section hierarchy. I don't know
any other FM manuals exported like that, but perhaps there are others.
