[FM Discuss] donate button

yes i agree with slightly more punchy text, & also could it please say 
FLOSS Manuals in it, so that it's clear to people that they are making a 
donation to FM rather than to the software that the manual is for - the 
current wording is ok when it's on the main FM.net page, but on 
individual manuals people could think it was a donation to that software 
project.
