[FM Discuss] Google picking up old pages

Thanks, so far I have only noticed that problem with
http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime/

However there is a related problem with another manual on FM today:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-0/

After doing a 'get booki gears', the links in the left side navigation
have chapter numbers, for example:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-0/ch002_rights-and-royalties/

but the chapter pages do not have those numbers, e.g:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-0/rights-and-royalties/

So every single navigation link is broken :-(

I'll have to open an urgent ticket for that, as we are just about to
launch Airtime 2.0 next week.
