no. the chapter number is no longer used with bookpublisher. i mean a
plugin in the backend interface so that admins can change redirect old
chapter titles to new ones. this is allllll going to change in time as
booki is going to replace these processes. but not yet. in the meantime
any php time from anyone to dev this plugin would be useful

that is why we dont use chapter numbers
