i think i wont reply any more as this is a little dull. my final comment 
is that the gpl protects commercial use.

if you believe in free content/source code you cannot drive a wedge 
between free and free-but-not-for-commercial...that is one of the 
reasons why the FDL sucks and why CC is starting to realise this 
problematic and in the new license chooser (apparently, havent seen it 
yet) NC will be categorised as a non-free license.
