[FM Discuss] a5 output error in formatting

Hi there,

I'm trying to do some work to create A5 outputted leaflets / booklets
that you can print off on A4, fold and staple.

A couple of questions.

Can anyone help, as I'm getting an error outputting to A5 with all the
margins using the server default css - see attached images. The margins
are huge!

Also - is there a way of inputting css to not display the title and
cover page and set the margins so that the first page of the first
chapter was the cover, the second page, the inside cover and so on.

Eventually this kind of booklet css could be a drop down option, great
for demoing Book Type, great of low cost print/ photocopy runs, or
anything where you don't need a cover or table of contents.
