I'm not clear who has shell access to those machines, other than Adam.

It does highlight the need for a sysadmin team, rather than leaving it
all to one person, which is all too common in Free Software projects but
unfair on that person (and rarely scales).

Previously I have suggested moving the FM servers to Booktype Pro
servers hosted by Sourcefabric, but Adam doesn't like that idea.
