Please don't take offence; it's a matter of fact that FM servers have
not been working properly for the last couple of weeks (updates have not
been pulled by bookipublisher), and booki.flossmanuals.net has been
completely down for days.

No personal blame implied, I believe it's the organisational model which
is at fault. The community relies on FM resources but is powerless to
help in situations like this.

It's not just a question of training more admins (although I did
volunteer to be trained already, and for the working bee). There are
also major accountability issues, especially if more than one person has
shell access.

For instance who, if anyone, is responsible for making backups? Whose
fault is it if there is data loss - the Foundation, or the volunteer?
