I have a question  about Open Web for anyone who can help me to clear this doubt, I am reading the book “An Open Web” and want to ask, because I read a couple of months ago these articles below about the “ filter bubble" which prompt me to change and use DuckDuckGo and Blekko as search engines. Does this issue fall in the domain of an Open Web or  the Internet?

It seems to me that even the most well educated people keep using the words “internet” and “Web” interchangeably as if they are the same thing and this causes even more confusion on the layman...
