If possible I would like to test this with the Wordpress manuals.

The goal is to involve editors outside the community so they can give an
overall picture of sections that might need rewriting for a non-tech
audience. I've got a couple of people in mind that probably wouldn't use
Book Type who would use annotate it.

What would be the best way to do this? To do it book by book?

Also are there options to moderate annotations if you set it up?
