I guess what I'm trying to say is that it seems unfair to have just
'respect to all - peace out!' kind of credits but on the other hand to
have an automated or complete list of edits which lives side by side
every written sentence where-ever it will travel.

I suppose the question I'm trying to ask it what would make credit of
our input meaningful to us in this new context of reuse?

The about this book chapter and the footnote are some of that ways we
try to make attribution more meaning to us, and our readers and I'm
wondering if there are others or innovations in the way this is happening.
