I wouldn't be too down on editors and authors, they are your target
audience :-) The new model will be scary enough for the publishing
industry, once they realise the implications, so let's not imply to
those people that their careers are over. Also they have a lot of
relevant experience to bring, if they can learn to adapt.

Did you mean something like 'Collaboration and facilitation instead of
traditionally demarcated roles', or 'Collaboration and facilitation
rather than formal production hierarchies'?

I'm not laughing, I think you've earned the right to define what's going
