You can easily add a cover image to your generated epub by editing it with
Sigil. That is what I do with all my epubs. You can upload the cover
image into Booki but don't use it on any page in the book. The image will
be included in the generated epub. Edit that epub with Sigil, mark the
cover image to indicate that it is the cover image, add needed metadata and
save.
Booki should have a way to specify a cover image for epubs, but until it
does this is a very simple workaround.
