I agree. The current situation is the result of the technical divide 
that remains between Booktype and Objavi. Booktype has a drop-down list 
for choosing the cover image for lulu.com, and it would be a natural 
development to offer the same for epubs now that Objavi supports that.

The focus of Objavi has not been in the user interface but in the 
automatic publishing processes that it implements as a service.

Fortunately, Booktype seems to be developing similar walk-throughs as we 
speak. :-) This should make the combined power of these services more 
apparent and seamless.
