[FM Discuss] Lulu.com and fi.flossmanuals.net

Hi,

First versions of the Finnish LibreOffice and Introduction to Command Line
books finally arrived from Lulu.com and they look pretty similar to the
English books.

So now it would be time to find out how to get people to actually order
them. ;)

Also the Booktype is now localized into Finnish and seems to be working
without problems.
