[FM Discuss] Manual update time: Audacity 2.0

Hi,

Seems like it would be time to update the Audacity manual, since Audacity
went from 1.2.6 to 2.0:

This manual has always been very popular on the Finnish site, or maybe the
most popular one. It seems like many users think that Audacity is
"freeware". Maybe there should actually be a chapter called "Audacity is
open source" in the beginning of this manual. Since many of the people
looking for the Audacity manual are probably first-time visitors there
should be a chapter called "what is FLOSS Manuals" as well.

I just wonder how updates like this one could be coordinated between
languages, so that we don't do the same thing again and again in different
languages.
