[FM Discuss] Problems publishing Freedom Fone book

Hi Adam

I've struggled all afternoon to publish an A5 version of the Freedom 
Fone book for upload to Lulu. I'm using this URL:
http://booki.flossmanuals.net/freedom-fone/_edit/

Links provided either say:

Not Found
The requested URL /books/freedomfone-en-2012.03.16-14.02.32.pdf was not 
found on this server.

or

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
