[FM Discuss] Problems publishing Freedom Fone book

Hi Daniel

I know the bookinfo settings do not appear material to our problems, but 
I am curious about the fact that 'bookinfo' is not an option in the LH 
Sidebar for me - a question of permissions perhaps?
