[FM Discuss] Problems publishing Freedom Fone book

Hi Daniel & Adam

I've checked through document revisions made since we last successfully 
updated Lulu. All images uploaded have a max width of 600px.

I do recall hitting this export problem in early February, but it seemed 
to resolve itself the following day.

Would appreciate any other thoughts you have for trouble shooting the 
problem.

Could you zip and send me all images in the FF 'static' folder so I can 
check width of images?
