Thanks for the tip, but there is something broken in Objavi at the
moment. I just tried publishing a completely different book:

and I got the same results as Bren, the PDF didn't exist, e.g:

I tried various different paper sizes and a custom CSS file, it made no
difference. One time, the progress bar just got stuck.
