[FM Discuss] How do you make "promote" your manual to the FLOSS Manuals front page?

How do you make "promote" your manual to the FLOSS Manuals front page?  Part of the reason, I want to do this is that the EPUB export option does not seem to create a valid EPUB, while the EPUB download option on the view only page seems to be correctly packaged.  This is the manual I'm referring to:
