[FM Discuss] updated wordpress on front page

Hi there,

I've updated the wordpress manual with the help of many others, thanks all!

It's not perfect (it would be good to add how to change themes) but I'd
like to publish it at it's a definite improvement on what's there.

Could someone pull it to the front page of the FM site?
