Sorry, I thought Gerado was asking about <book-title/> in the bookinfo
plugin, which as I understand it, just changes the public title as shown
on the en.flossmanuals.net homepage.

We use this a lot because our book URLs are standardised, but this makes
them not so reader-friendly.
