‘Creation and Publication of the “Digital Manual”: Authority,
Authorship and Voice.’

How does one contact them? Sugar Labs might be interested in joining
the project. Although possibly not if the project is to be carried on
in the bafflegab of this announcement. To me, employing
such a pretentious voice radically undercuts any purported authority of the
proponents. Or, translating my own intentional bafflegab to plain
English, if you cannot say what you are doing in plain English, you do
not know what you are doing.
