Yes indeed, I have just fixed that. Log in now, you should see a link
'plugins' in that menu. This opens the plugin manager.

You probably need to enable the 'admin' plugin there. This plugin (I
think) is the one that enables you to set the title of a book, and how
it is displayed on the FM homepage.
