To be clear, do you want them removed from en.flossmanuals.net (in which
case we can hide out of date versions) or do you want them removed from
booki.flossmanuals.net?

In the past it has been the policy never to delete books, but perhaps
very out of date manuals should be archived as end-of-life somehow.
