[FM Discuss] Flossmanuals migration to current Booktype

Hi all,

At the Mozilla Festival on Sunday, I met with Mick Fuzz and Michael from
CiviCRM to talk about ways to help Flossmanuals.

One of the tasks we discussed was getting the booki.flossmanuals.net
site upgraded to current Booktype (1.5.3). I have made a start on a
Flossmanuals theme for Booktype (see attached screenshot). Comments
welcome :-)

The CSS for this seems straightforward, but we should definitely do the
upgrade on a copy of the database first to check the migration goes OK.
