[FM Discuss] Flossmanuals migration to current Booktype

You can change the templates and the CSS of Bookipublisher books and pages
without touching the Bookipublisher publishing system itself.

Finnish site is still using a forked version of Bookipublisher as it
existed around early 2011. I don't know if it should be updated, then I
would need to do all of these tweaks again. Is FM going to move away from
Bookipublisher?
