I've also experienced that issue last week. The last time this happened
I think it was the redis server that needed restarting. If someone with
shell access could take care of that, it would be great, as we also have
a new edition of a manual to publish.

This is done in:

http://www.flossmanuals.net/admin.php?plugin=usermanager

For the user account row in question, use the 'books access' drop-down
menu to add the new books to the account. (I've just done that for the
freedomfone account, please try it now).

Then you will see the new books on the 'Choose Book' drop-down menu in
the 'get booki gears' plugin.

You will also see them in the 'bookinfo' plugin where you can tweak the
titles and the placement on the en.flossmanuals.net homepage.

In this particular case I would suggest offering a copy of your French
translation to the fr.flossmanuals.net community, as it might be better
maintained there.

At the moment, only a few people have access to the usermanager plugin
(which is probably a good idea, too many cooks etc). If you need direct
access then the en community should probably come up with some ground
rules for that. In the meantime, I'm happy to help anyone that needs to
add extra books to their account.
