since this list is mostly used for status messages on the flossmanuals
servers, i forgot to announce it in here...

the french scribus manual is being translated into italian.

most of the work has been done in a sprint over the last weekend and it
now needs some polishing.
i plan to have something ready to be published before the end of
november.

the question about how to publish the final result is still open.
