[FM Discuss] publishing a new UpStage manual

thanks both; i see the "get book" link is there now, but it was taking 
ages & ages so i tried gears ... & it's showing up at the top of the 
list on the FM home page, but the link is giving an error page.

& how can i edit the title (to be more readable) & how can i make it 
show up in the "performance" section? (& is there somewhere that these 
things are documented?)
