[FM Discuss] publishing a new UpStage manual

ok, i have spent most of the afternoon manually fixing the image links; 
it is slightly disconcerting because sometimes, but not always, once i 
have updated the url the image doesn't show up in the edit interface. & 
i can't check in the final version until i publish it again ... so i 
have gone ahead & done them all, & now done the get booki gears thing 
... & it says it is in a queue & i'll get an email when it's complete.

but i haven't got that email yet, & i didn't get an email that the first 
publishing was complete - so i suspect someone still needs to do 
something manually for me ... ?? thanks in advance if that's what is 
needed ...
