[FM Discuss] redirect en.flossmanual.net/civicrm to book.civicrm.org

Hey people,

I know we have discussed this before, but not sure what the outcome was.

We'd really like people to go to http://book.civicrm.org rather than
http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM/ since they get a better experience of
reading the book at our site.

Is it possible automatically redirect from that page?

We do have a prominent powered by flossmanuals link on our page and in the
footer and would be happy to stick an orange logo on the books if you told
me where i could get a nice one from (you know, the ones that are in a
rectangular box that say 'powered by xxx') or in fact I could make one if
you don't have one.
