[FM Discuss] manual not updating

hi,
last week i tried to republish the UpStage v2.4.2 manual using the get 
booki gears thing on http://www.flossmanuals.net/admin.php

i got a message saying that the manual was placed in a queue & that i 
would get an email when it was published, but i have had no email & i 
don't see the updated version.

have i done something wrong or is something not working?
