[FM Discuss] Removing CiviCRM book from lulu

Hey there,

Can someone let me know how I can remove the CiviCRM book from Lulu?  (I
presume there is a FLOSS Manuals account that we can use to remove it).

The versions that are up there are out of date and we'd prefer that people
didn't buy them (2011 and 2012).

We are up for putting the most up to date version back up there once
published but want to remove this copy in the mean time since we don't want
people buying out of date books.
