[FM Discuss] Removing CiviCRM book from lulu

Hey there,

The two books I can see on Lulu are

Not sure who "the contributors" is/are.

I'm happy to remove if you give me the password / can let me know what
account it is attached to.

Medium term, I think we'll probably also create our own CiviCRM account so
that it is easier for us to manage our book presence.
