[FM Discuss] manual not updating

great, thanks very much mick :)

i am going to be updating & republishing quite often in the next few 
weeks; shall i just keep bleating to the list if it doesn't update, or 
maybe directly to you (or someone else) so that it isn't too annoying 
for everyone? (unless of course it's fixed & works ... )
