[FM Discuss] getting books ready for lulu

I did a couple about my experience with Create Space, which is a good
alternative to Lulu and guarantees that the book will be available on
amazon:

My technical books are in the "Crown Quarto" format and they have lots of
screen shots.  Other books I've done that are not technical I did in the 6"
x 9" size.
