[FM Discuss] getting books ready for lulu

Helen,

I'm not aware of any.  The one in my article was adapted from one someone
else had used for a book.  I don't remember which book or where I found it.

It would be nice to have such a repository.  The default style sheet used
by OBJAVI isn't very good.
