So that key-value pair might include a link to the download URL for the
official PDF or EPUB of the HTML book you are looking at?

It's a neat idea, but of course the link could go stale unless you had
some sort of permalink in place, such as http://mysite.com/official.pdf
or whatever.

What happens if the link is changed by a third party to point to some
spam PDF or malware? Do we need some kind of cryptographic signing for
book releases?
