[FM Discuss] how to add collaborators?

hi,
this might not be the right place to ask this question, as it's about 
booktype rather than FM ... but i'm not sure where else to ask it & also 
it is about the booktype manual.

i want to add a collaborator to a book i've started at booki.cc, but i 
can't find a way to do this. i thought perhaps the solution would be to 
create a group, so i've done that & my collaborator has joined the group 
& i added the book to the group ... but the book doesn't show up in the 
group.

i went to the booktype manual on FM & the steps it described for adding 
a book were exactly what i'd done - i repeated them & it still didn't 
work. now i'm guessing this is because i have the book set to be hidden 
from others, since it is a work in progress at the moment so we don't 
want it to be public.

i was surprised that the booktype manual didn't have a chapter more 
specifically about adding collaborators - is creating a group the only 
way to do this?

it seems that the booktype manual is fairly light in general; if i can 
be added to the collaborators on that, i can try to add things to it as 
i want the info myself.
