[FM Discuss] how to add collaborators?

thanks for this edward :) i've un-hidden the book for my collaborator to 
join.

i wonder what groups are actually for, if not for 
discussing/collaborating on a book? the manual suggests that it is for 
this kind of collaboration

i see that we can start editing the booktype manual, if we're logged in 
to FM then find it via "all manuals". so i will start to think about 
that as i work ...
