[FM Discuss] how to add collaborators?

when she tries to go to the edit link, she gets this:
Access error
You have no permission to edit this book.
she is logged in. there is nowhere for me to give her (or anyone else)
permission to edit it. there is also no information about how to share
or join a book (only join a group) in the manual.
