I've just noticed that the Settings tab is undocumented, we will have to
fix that. If anyone would like to contribute to an online sprint on the
Booktype manual, please let me know and we can set the dates.

It would be very useful to have a setting for this drop-down such as:

This book can be edited by: <group 1 of which I am a member>
                            <group 2 of which I am a member>

Otherwise the group membership feature is not as powerful as it has the
potential to be.
